Manufacturing Technician

**@HYVE Solutions,** missions to help customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals, strategies, resources and technology solutions.**MFG Technican: Hyve Solutions** is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.**Responsibilities:*** Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.* Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.* Performs the set-up and testing of more complex systems and mechanical assemblies.* Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.* Follows test process instructions (TPI).* Determines test specifications, methods and procedures from statement of work (SOW).* Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems* Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.* May perform other tasks including but not limited to unpacking, packaging, placing labels and crating* Any other tasks assigned**Requirements:*** Strong attention to detail* Good written and verbal communication skills* Knowledge of basic office applications, such as word processors, spreadsheets and databases* Familiarity with troubleshooting or networking computer components and handling* Ability to regularly lift, push and/or move up to **40 pounds*** Ability to stand for a prolonged period* Ability to work on ladders or stoolsBase Hourly Rate $**@ HYVE Solutions**, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
