Job Description

We’re hiring Entry-Level Retail Energy Associates to represent leading energy and home service providers in major retail locations.

No experience required — we train you! If you’re outgoing, motivated, reliable, and enjoy helping people, this is a great opportunity to start a career in customer service, retail sales, marketing, and renewable energy .

What You’ll Do

Engage with customers in a retail environment
Explain energy products, services, and programs
Answer questions and provide excellent customer service
Generate leads and customer enrollments
Represent trusted brands professionally
Work toward individual and team goals
Receive paid training, coaching, and mentorship

What We’re Looking For

18+ years old
Friendly and comfortable talking with people
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, motivated, and coachable
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a retail setting
Able to work independently and with a team
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus — but not required!
