Actuarial Associate (ASA)

Overseeing a team of analysts, the full-time remote Actuarial Associate (ASA) will implement departmental strategies, ensure accurate analyses and reports, and support junior team members while serving as a Subject Matter Expert in actuarial methods. Key responsibilities Coordinate activities of analysts to ensure timely and accurate release of analyses and reports Conduct extensive analytical reviews and support the development of actuarial analyses aligned with departmental objectives Direct workflow and ensure adherence to sound actuarial and financial methods while providing training and performance feedback to team members Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Mathematics, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) certification required upon hire Minimum of 3 years of health actuarial experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical and financial analysis clearly Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines while providing excellent customer service
