Business Analyst
Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota
Duration: 7 month Contract to hire
IDEAL BACKGROUND: Ideal candidate has several years of project management/coordination experience with med-large level size projects. Preferred would be someone with real estate or corporate security application background but not required. We need someone that can be a utility person that can step in and manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time.
TOP REQUIREMENTS: Project Management - 3 to 5yrs ; Agile Knowledge - 2 - 3yrs ; test/requirement documentation - 3 to 5yrs
- ** What experience will set candidates apart from one another? Great at building rapport with business customers, experience working on delivery with vended solutions/applications, team player.
LOCATION: Will start remotely. Once COVID restrictions are lifted, it is expected that this person report to the office location listed on the req..
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
Contractor will be assisting with Corporate Real Estate initiatives for the UnitedHealth Group enterprise. Work to be done includes project management, systems integration analysis, design and delivery, assistance with daily application operations, testing, documentation etc. Our projects vary, but they will be focused primarily on Corporate Real Estate applications.
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
What skills/attributes are a must have? a. 3+ years Project Management - ability to manage multiple projects concurrently across multiple teams b. Strong analytical skills c. 2+ years of Experience and knowledge in client, web, and mobile based applications d. Understanding of Agile software development (Kanban)
What skills/attributes are nice to have? a. Experience working with vended solutions b. Experience with Windows/Unix servers, web services, and.Net C# web applications & console applications (executables) c. Experience with Oracle and/or SQL queries d. Experience troubleshooting IT software issues for vended and custom developed solutions.
