Schedule

Variable shifts based on census and facility need.

Assignment Details

13-week assignment.

Requirements

• Must have experience working in Long Term Care settings.
• Active LPN license required.
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exception required prior to contract start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and treatments.
• Administer medications and notify pertinent medical personnel of important information.
• Assist with admissions and discharges.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Care for gastrostomy tubes and urinary catheters.
• Administer nebulized treatments, wound vac care, and CPAP care as assigned.

Compliance / Notes

Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment on Friday.
