Our client in the Irvine area is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support their Talent Acquisition team during a short-term project. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, professional, and operational positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage offer preparation, offer presentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide regular recruiting updates to hiring managers and leadership.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Assist with recruiting-related projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, or operational positions.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
