About the Role

Our client, a growing brand in the food & beverage space, is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to support both corporate hiring and store leadership recruitment. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting.

You’ll work closely with Operations, HR, and District Managers to build strong candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth, positive hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Recruiting

• Source and recruit for corporate and support office roles
• Build pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process

Store Manager Recruiting (Primary Focus)

• Own the full hiring process for Store Manager roles
• Build pipelines across CA, NV, and AZ
• Source through hospitality/QSR channels and industry groups
• Conduct initial screens and manage a structured interview process
• Partner with District Managers and Operations on candidate selection
• Maintain a strong bench of candidates in key markets (Phoenix, Las Vegas)

Internal Talent

• Identify and support internal candidates ready for promotion
• Partner with Training and Operations on development pipelines

Offers & Onboarding

• Assist with offer creation and negotiation
• Support a smooth transition from offer to onboarding

Employer Branding & Experience

• Represent the company’s culture to all candidates
• Ensure a professional, positive candidate experience
• Help support social and employer branding efforts

Reporting

• Track pipelines, time-to-fill, and hiring metrics
• Use data to adjust sourcing strategies

Qualifications

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or high-volume hiring preferred
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple roles at once
• Strong communication skills
