Our client, a leading national financial services organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing recruiting team. This is an exciting opportunity for recruiters who thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and want to focus exclusively on recruiting.

These positions are dedicated to full-cycle recruitment and will support a wide range of openings across multiple business functions and locations. Depending on experience level, recruiters may support everything from entry-level and operations-focused hiring to management and director-level searches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open positions across multiple departments and locations
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage the hiring process from initial outreach through offer stage
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience while ensuring timely movement through the recruitment process

Qualifications

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment preferred
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for professional, operations, management, or corporate positions
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Experience with Oracle, Taleo, or other enterprise ATS platforms is a plus
