Recruiter

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join their team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle with a focus on sourcing, screening, and candidate management. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience and the successful placement of top talent across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source candidates through job boards. Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage candidate communications, providing timely updates and ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout the process. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Track and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide updates on candidate pipelines, and support decision-making. Assist with extending offers and coordinating the onboarding process when needed. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Qualifications: 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience; corporate or in-house recruiting experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
