Talent Acquisition Recruiter (JN -062026-425199) Irvine, California Salary: USD30 - USD45 per hour Location: Irvine, CA Duration: Temporary (approx. 6 months) Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 (Fridays are WFH) About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across a variety of corporate and business functions during a period of growth and transformation. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys sourcing, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Recruit For Finance & Accounting Operations Product & Technology Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other channels Conduct candidate screenings and assessments Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Drive interview coordination and candidate communication Maintain ATS data and recruiting activity records Support hiring goals while delivering a positive candidate experience Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive talent Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously Ability to recruit across multiple functional areas Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience Taleo or Oracle ATS experience Bachelor's degree preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
