Dental Arts Vision is seeking a skilled and organized Dental Front Office professional to manage administrative tasks and provide essential front-desk support. This permanent, part-time position, primarily covering Wednesdays and Thursdays, is crucial for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.

Requirements

• Dentrix

Excellent customer service skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency with dental-specific software.
Working knowledge of Dentrix software is a must.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to cover Wednesday and Thursday shifts (set days and hours are negotiable).

Job Description

Greet and check-in patients warmly, managing patient flow efficiently.
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and handle general patient communication.
Schedule, cancel, and confirm appointments, optimizing the dentist's schedule.
Register new patients, maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage billing, collect payments, process insurance claims, and verify coverage.
Handle mail, scanning, filing, and other general administrative tasks.
