Title Clinical Supply Documentation Specialist Location Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid) Job ID 37348486 Description Job Schedule: Candidate must be local and able to come 1-3 times a week. Duties Review, organize, and classify electronic documents and records within the SharePoint environment according to established file management standards. Analyze document content and metadata to determine appropriate categorization and retention requirements. Upload, migrate, and maintain files within the designated SharePoint folder structure, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Verify that all documents are stored in the correct locations and comply with organizational naming conventions and filing procedures. Identify and resolve misfiled, duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records within SharePoint. Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to understand document classification requirements and ensure proper record placement. Provide recommendations for improving SharePoint document organization, usability, and search functionality. Monitor and report on project progress, including file inventory, classification status, and completion metrics. Skills Strong oral and written communication skills Results driven; strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen Experience in collaborating with others to bring tasks/projects to completion Highly proficient in recognizing needs, prioritizing work, multi-tasking and working in fast‑paced environment 1-3 years of experience SharePoint experience uploading and managing files Soft-skill requirements: team‑player, positive and can‑do attitude, willingness to solve problems and strong critical thinking skills.
