Lease Administrator/Paralegal

$25 - $35 per hour

Highpoint Capital Group is a commercial real estate investment firm based in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, CA. Highpoint owns and operates 20+ commercial properties on the West Coast of the United States. The portfolio of investments is valued at approximately $500MM. The main office is located in Tarzana, CA and this is a full-time, in-person position. Role Description The Lease Administrator is responsible for assisting the Leasing Department team in the preparation, execution and management of the leasing transactions and legal documents. The administrator engages in coordinating and assisting with all day-to-day functions of the leasing department. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years working in either (i) Commercial Real Estate as a Lease Administrator; or (ii) as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant Computer skills, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Yardi Excellent planning, organizational and follow-up skills Meticulous attention to detail High ethical standards and professional integrity Ability to work independently and on a team Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task Notary Public license a plus, but not necessary Pay Range The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience. This position is full time (40 hours per week).
