A well-capitalized, vertically integrated real estate developer with over $200M in annual revenue. The company develops and builds its own multifamily communities, maintaining a steady pipeline of suburban projects while competitors face delays.

Job Description

Oversee multifamily projects from footers through certificate of occupancy
Manage daily site operations, schedules, and subcontractors
Maintain project documentation, including daily logs and reporting
Lead and support assistant superintendents during key phases
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality, cost, and timeline goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

5+ years of superintendent experience, preferably in multifamily
Knowledge of fire suppression systems and code requirements
Able to manage subcontractors effectively without damaging relationships
Decisive problem-solver who brings solutions to challenges
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
