Confidential Home Dialysis company looking for an experienced Home Dialysis Maintenance Nurse to join our dedicated full-time team in Riverview, FL. Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor home dialysis patients, including peritoneal dialysis (PD) and home hemodialysis (HHD) programs
• Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and adjust treatment protocols as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on dialysis procedures, equipment operation, and infection control practices
• Perform routine home visits to evaluate patient progress, compliance, and overall well-being
• Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Troubleshoot dialysis equipment issues and coordinate with technical support as necessary

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida (required)
• Minimum 2+ years of dialysis nursing experience (home dialysis experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of peritoneal dialysis and/or home hemodialysis protocols
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits in the Riverview, FL area
• Excellent patient education, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload with minimal supervision
