Registered Nurse Progressive Care Unit

Reston Hospital Center seeks a PRN Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit. The RN will provide high‑acuity, evidence‑based care to step‑down/telemetry patients, perform comprehensive assessments, administer IV medications, manage cardiac/tele monitoring, and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include patient and family education, accurate documentation in the EHR, participation in quality and safety initiatives, and adherence to clinical and ethical standards. This role supports a patient‑first culture with opportunities to learn advanced technology and grow clinically.
