Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? AC & Element Miami Downtown is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team.

As the first impression of our hotel, you'll play an important role in welcoming guests, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring every stay exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude
• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly
• Resolve guest concerns while delivering outstanding service
• Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Marriott Lightspeed experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous hospitality, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
