ABOUT THE POSITION

Position Title: Senior Branch Member Account Specialist - Offering $750 Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview: As a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist (Sr. BMAS) youll serve as a trusted resource for members as they open and manage accounts explore lending solutions and navigate important financial decisions. More than a transactional role youll build meaningful relationships provide personalized guidance and help members identify solutions that support their financial goals.

Working alongside an experienced and collaborative team youll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on members every day while developing broad knowledge across banking products and services.

Position Type: Full-Time. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM to 12:30PM.

Compensation Range: $21.00/hr. - $23.00/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors including years of directly related work experience education geographic location or special skills*

Location: Position is on-site at our Ithaca Branch located at 410 Elmira Rd. Ithaca NY. Position will cover our Spencer Branch located at 95 Orchard Street Spencer NY as needed.

What Youll Do:

• Create positive member experiences through friendly professional and personalized service
• Process deposits withdrawals transfers payments and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently
• Build relationships with members by understanding their needs and connecting them with appropriate products services and resources
• Answer questions resolve concerns and ensure members feel confident in their financial decisions
• Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver exceptional service and support branch goals
• Maintain operational accuracy compliance and security standards in all transactions and interactions

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience.
• Obtain notary license within 1 year of acceptance of role.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines PCs etc.

Preferred qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred.
• Two to four years experience in customer service retail banking or financial services industry.
