Marketing AssistantFull-Time | Addison, TX (on-site) | $17 - $22/hrAbout the RoleOrthoMed Anesthesia is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing department. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience across content creation, social media, event coordination, and brand management — all within a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare organization. This full-time, on-site position is based at our corporate office in Addison, TX and reports directly to the Marketing & Communications Specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the creation and scheduling of social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platformsSupport the development of marketing materials including email campaigns, newsletters, rack cards, and event collateralAssist with logistics and coordination for conferences, trade shows, and clinician engagement eventsConduct market research to support recruiting campaigns and business development initiativesMonitor and compile social media performance metrics and engagement reportsManage employee mailouts and other external touchpoints with prospective employeesMaintain inventory merchandise and other branding-related materialsMaintain organized digital asset libraries, branded inventory, and content calendarsProvide general administrative support to the marketing team as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or currently pursuing)0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or communicationsFamiliarity with social media platforms and basic analyticsProficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Mailchimp is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyPositive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learnAbility to thrive in a growing, fast-moving environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly compensation ($17–$22/hr based on experience)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with 3% non-discretionary company contributionProfessional development opportunitiesA fun, collaborative work environment with a team committed to excellence in patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr
