Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Email Marketing Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid temporary opportunity is based in New York City and offers the chance to manage strategic digital communication efforts for large scale business focused events and programs. The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders, drive campaign performance through data informed decisions, and collaborate with a variety of marketing and technical professionals. Success in this role requires strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple campaign priorities in a fast paced environment.

Compensation:
$25 per hour

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities of the Email Marketing Specialist:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of email marketing initiatives, from campaign planning and audience targeting through deployment, optimization, and reporting.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, manage workflow priorities, and maintain organized tracking tools to support service level expectations and timely execution.
• Analyze engagement and conversion data to identify trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements that enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing standards by monitoring deliverability, sender health, audience practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and business stakeholders to provide strategic guidance, align marketing efforts, and support broader promotional objectives.

Qualifications and Skills for the Email Marketing Specialist:

• Experience managing business focused email marketing campaigns with responsibility for execution, optimization, and performance measurement.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, testing strategies, personalization techniques, and marketing analytics.
• Ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
• Experience working within a collaborative environment alongside marketing, analytics, digital, and technical teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
