• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
• Shifts per Week: 3 shifts per week
• Hours per Week: 36 hours
• Schedule Note: Following the first week of orientation; no guarantee of hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890

Job Requirements

• Active Hawaii RN license required by the start date
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room or Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Ability to work night shift nursing hours in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Must be available to arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment and onboarding requirements
• Comfortable supporting a patient population that may include trauma, behavioral health, and cardiac monitoring needs

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department
• Work effectively in a 28-bed ER environment with trauma bays, behavioral health rooms, and cardiac monitor rooms
• Assess, triage, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions quickly and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support safe, efficient patient flow
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
• Provide calm, compassionate care during high-pressure situations
