HR Manager
The HR Manager is responsible for creating and supporting an engaging workplace culture, ensuring legal compliance, and implementing HR systems and processes that support facility objectives. Works closely with department heads to address workforce planning needs, resolve employee relations issues, and develop talent management strategies that attract, retain, and develop top performers. In the absence of the Director, is responsible for the daily operation of the Human Resources Department. Maintains Lawson and Workday HR system for accuracy and provides reports as needed. Models Service Excellence in communications with all stakeholders.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in HR or related area, minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources or Business, background/experience in compensation, employee relations, and employment law, prioritization, problem solving, organizational skills, critical thinking skills, and computer skills. Human Resource certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) is preferred.
