Content Marketing Specialist

Owning the creation and optimization of content programs, the full-time remote Content Marketing Specialist will develop SEO and AEO strategies, manage the blog publishing process, and repurpose content across various channels to enhance brand engagement and visibility. Key responsibilities Develop and execute SEO and AEO content strategies, ensuring optimization for organic and AI engine visibility Manage the end-to-end blog publishing process, from drafting to scheduling, while optimizing content for search and AI discovery Transform long-form content into various derivative formats for multi-channel distribution, maximizing asset reach and lifespan Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, digital marketing, or a related role Demonstrated SEO expertise with hands-on experience in keyword research and on-page optimization AEO awareness with experience or strong interest in optimizing for AI-generated content Practical experience using AI-driven tools for content creation and optimization Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and search-friendly content structure
