What You'll Be DoingAs a Hybrid Cook / Front Counter Team Member, you’ll play a dual role that keeps things exciting and varied. Your responsibilities will include:
- In the Kitchen: Preparing delicious, high-quality meals with attention to detail and efficiency.
- At the Counter: Greeting customers with a friendly smile, taking orders, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and front counter areas.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on cooking and customer interaction.
What We’re Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, whether in food preparation, customer service, or both.
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills to connect with customers and team members.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to delivering great food and exceptional service every time.
