Role Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families, ranging from children to seniors.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or in possession of) an active medical license in Texas.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
