Assistant Nutritional Services Manager

Overview La Vida Llena, Albuquerque’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking an experienced Assistant Nutritional Services Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience in a hospitality-focused healthcare environment. We are not a nursing home or typical senior living center; at our luxury, resort-like community we strive to provide residents with a hospitality-driven healthcare experience. The successful candidate will find great satisfaction in making people happy through hospitality, relationship building, and in helping others develop their potential through strong and effective leadership. Responsibilities Develop, mentor, and hold accountable the Nutritional Services team in accordance with their job descriptions. Drive success in Nutritional Services by continually improving processes, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a culture of hospitality. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a hospitality-focused healthcare environment. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is preferred; assistance will be provided to achieve it upon hire. Valid Food Handlers card required. ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification is a plus. Compensation $45,000 – $55,000 annually, dependent on experience. Benefits Company pays 90% of medical premiums (PPO or HDHP/HSA plans available). Dental and Vision insurance available. $10,000 Life/AD&D insurance, fully paid by us.
