Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Commercial Lending Associate in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. degree and be a member of the applicable state Bar, with over three years of experience in commercial lending, including real estate and C&I lending. Duties Represent regional and national lenders in secured transactions. Manage complex engagements within a team environment. Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements J.D. degree and state Bar membership. Three or more years of commercial lending experience. Strong research, writing, organizational, and analytical skills. Licensed to practice law in the applicable state. Education J.D. degree required. Certifications Membership in the applicable state Bar. Skills Excellent client service skills. Strong academic credentials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
