Lead Teacher

Child's Place of McHenry Lead Teachers for our 2-Year-Old classroom are needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, ability to pass background checks; prior childcare experience preferred. Shift: Monday – Friday, four 10‑hour days (4 days/week), 7:45 am – 6:00 pm. Compensation: $19–$20 per hour based on education and experience. Demonstrate patience, kindness, and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff. Operate as a team player. Physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
