CONTRACT Attorney

Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking an experienced Contract Attorney to support litigation involving complex legal research, strategic discovery, and detailed document review. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial litigation background, exceptional analytical skills, and experience managing high‑volume review projects with precision and consistency. Additional experience reviewing financial records or Spanish‑language documents is highly desirable. The position offers flexibility to work from a firm office or remotely for qualified candidates located in Ohio, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Colorado, Texas, or Florida, and is expected to last approximately 6‑9 months. Responsibilities Prepare written work product related to a litigation enforcement matter Conduct detailed legal research and analysis Partner with team members to develop collection and enforcement approaches for third‑party discovery Review documents for relevance, responsiveness, and privilege considerations Ensure all work complies with applicable legal and ethical requirements Manage review assignments with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications J.D. degree and active attorney license in good standing Several years of commercial litigation experience Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage large volumes of documents while maintaining consistency and quality Preferred Experience Experience reviewing accounting, financial, or related business records Experience reviewing foreign‑language documents, particularly Spanish‑language materials #J-18808-Ljbffr
