Location: Williamsport, PA (Travel throughout surrounding communities required)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (20 hours per week)

Compensation: $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

EmmUcare Home Health, a growing home care company and national franchisor, is seeking a motivated Marketing Director to lead branding, community outreach, and marketing efforts for our corporate offices and franchise locations.
As our Marketing Director, you will help expand the EmmUcare brand by supporting multiple locations, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring consistent branding across our organization.

Position Summary
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate referrals, support franchise development, and maintain brand consistency across all EmmUcare corporate and franchise locations.
This position is ideal for someone who is creative, self-motivated, organized, and enjoys both designing marketing materials and representing a growing healthcare brand within the community.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for multiple corporate and franchise locations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all EmmUcare locations.
• Attend community events, networking functions, health fairs, business expos, and promotional events while representing the EmmUcare brand.
• Build relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, senior centers, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, businesses, and community organizations.
• Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, website content, and online advertising.
• Support franchise marketing initiatives, grand openings, recruitment campaigns, and promotional events.
• Coordinate community outreach, sponsorships, and public relations opportunities.
• Develop creative advertising campaigns and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on company growth initiatives and marketing strategies.
• Track marketing performance and recommend new ideas to increase brand awareness and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field (associates may be considered).
• Experience with branding, graphic design, social media, and digital marketing preferred.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
