About the Position

The role requires daily visits to patients, with a typical caseload of 5-6 patients. The focus will be on delivering high-quality home health care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home care and experience in managing patient cases effectively. A commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work independently are essential. The position entails working weekdays only, with no weekend responsibilities. Dress code includes black scrubs. No specific float requirements for this position.
