About This Role As an RN in Surgery at Cleveland Clinic, you will assist in delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, working alongside a dedicated team in a world-class healthcare environment. Highlights Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Schedule: Day/Night rotation from 7am – 7:30pm OR 7pm – 7:30am What You'll Do Provide nursing care in an operative setting to patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures. Perform scrub and circulating functions. Prepare the OR, surgical instruments, and equipment for use. Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors to enhance their experience. Supply healthcare education as needed. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Experience: One year of RN experience OR completion of Cleveland Clinic’s Perioperative Residency Program Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) within six months of hire Benefits Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision benefits Retirement savings account contributions Professional development resources including furthering education and online/in-person courses #J-18808-Ljbffr Cleveland Clinic
