Part-Time Paralegal

Position Overview Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Paralegal for a confidential legal and professional services client. This is a part‑time, temp‑to‑hire opportunity that is 100% onsite in the North Seattle metropolitan area. Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support within a fast‑paced professional office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating organized systems, managing confidential legal documentation, and supporting day‑to‑day legal operations with accuracy and professionalism. It offers the potential to transition into a permanent position. Responsibilities Prepare legal correspondence, documentation, and other case‑related materials while maintaining strict confidentiality. Organize and maintain paper and electronic legal filing systems, records, and documentation. Track legal deadlines, coordinate calendars, and assist with scheduling appointments. Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative documents using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Conduct legal research and support ongoing legal projects as needed. Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and external partners while providing general administrative support. Qualifications Experience as a Paralegal with strong legal document preparation and records management skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience using Apple/macOS systems. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and document management abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality. Experience supporting legal professionals in a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.
