Your Responsibilities

* Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings

* Follow up on leads to sustain interest and guide them through the hiring process

* Ensure our applicant tracking system is meticulously maintained with accurate records

* Obtain commission based on meetings set, interviews carried out, and hires resulting from your efforts
