Rehabilitation Specialist, Crisis Residential

This full-time role involves providing short-term, intensive support to individuals experiencing mental health crises, helping them stabilize and avoid hospitalization. Responsibilities Include Acting as a residential counselor, working one-on-one with clients to develop community and independent living skills. Ensuring medication safety, compliance, and cleanliness. Collaborating with a team to develop and implement individualized service plans. Providing transportation and attending medical appointments, advocating for clients, and documenting follow-up care. Building rapport and supporting clients’ recovery progress. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Willingness to obtain additional certifications and training. Valid driver’s license with minimal points and access to insured transportation. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
