Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor - Clean, Fast & Safe

Alila Marea in San Diego is seeking a dedicated kitchen assistant to support line cooks and food runners. You will wash dishes, pots, glassware and utensils, and help with basic food prep while maintaining a clean, safe work environment in the kitchen, restaurant and bar areas. You must communicate in English, work efficiently, follow chemical safety guidelines, and stand for long shifts.
