What We Offer Competitive Pay Based on Your Experience & Education: High School orAssociate’s Degree: $17.05 – $23.00 per hour, with $1.00 per hour increases every six months (based on your starting level at hire). WhatYou’llDo Work 1:1 with children between the ages of 2-8 withAutism Spectrum Disorder(ASD), helping them learn communication, social, anddaily-livingskills. Implement individualized therapy programs designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and participate in team discussions around progress and strategy. Bring energy, creativity, and passion – Using play, movement, and laughter to engage children while promoting skill-building and growth. Partner with clients and their families in celebrating wins, problem-solving challenges, and promoting each child’s growth. WhatWe’reLooking For Energeticteam players who show up ready to engage and move with children throughout their sessions – This includes bending, squatting,lifting upto 30 pounds, and keeping pace with energetic young learners during play and activities. A collaborator ready to take on multiple tasks and decisions at once – whether it’s guiding a child, taking notes, or communicating with parents or clinical staff. Positive role models with a commitment to safety by keeping the therapy environment organized, safe, and welcoming so every child can explore and learn comfortably. Driven optimists who arrive to work on-time each day and are ready to learn, take feedback, and bring a can-do attitude to their teams and the families they serve. Must be at least 18 years old and hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Have accessibility to reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance, and be able to travel to other clinics to support when assigned.
