Account Transfers Associate

We're Hiring: Transfer Associate | St. Petersburg, FL Looking for candidates with banking/financial services, document processing, and client services experience for a full-time Transfer Associate opportunity in St. Petersburg, FL. Key Responsibilities: Review and process client account transfer requests and supporting documentation. Verify forms, signatures, and legal documentation for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with external financial institutions regarding transfer status. Reconcile client accounts and maintain accurate records. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence. Requirements: ~ High School Diploma or GED. ~2+ years of recent administrative or client services experience in a professional office environment (non-healthcare). ~ Banking or financial services experience. ~ Document processing and management experience. ~ Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). ~ Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. ~ Data entry assessment required: Minimum 6,000 KPH with at least 85% accuracy. Work Details: Location: St. Petersburg, FL (local candidates only) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Training: Fully onsite for approximately 4 weeks After training: Hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite per week Laptop provided Opportunity for contract extension or conversion based on attendance and performance.
