Direct Counsel is representing a reputable law firm seeking a Real Estate Construction Associate to join its National Construction Practice in Miami .
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a junior associate with strong drafting experience to join a nationally recognized construction practice. The role involves working on sophisticated real estate and construction-related transactions for high-profile clients and projects across the country.
Responsibilities- Draft, review, and revise complex agreements related to construction and real estate projects
- Assist with negotiation of:
- Design agreements
- Construction contracts
- Consulting agreements
- Support attorneys on large-scale construction and development matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare supporting documentation
- Manage multiple assignments with a high level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience drafting and revising complex agreements in the real estate and/or construction industry
- Experience with design, construction, or consulting agreements preferred (not required)
- Strong academic credentials required
- Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage significant responsibility
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission
