Project Manager

A growing commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage estimating, project execution, and client coordination, while successfully overseeing 5-6 projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing both preconstruction responsibilities and active project management in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Project Management Manage multiple commercial construction projects (5-6 concurrently) from start to finish Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure timely and successful delivery Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Monitor job progress and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for commercial projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and scopes of work Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids Assist in budgeting, value engineering, and project planning during preconstruction Support contract development and scope alignment prior to project kick off Construction Oversight Ensure proper execution in the field through coordination with superintendents and subcontractors Track costs, review change orders, and maintain financial control of projects Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company procedures Project Closeout Ensure all closeout documentation is completed and submitted Coordinate project turnover to clients, ensuring satisfaction and quality standards Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Proven experience with estimating and preconstruction Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project lifecycle Experience with RFIs, submittals, budgets, and scheduling Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilities Detail-oriented with strong problem‑solving capabilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr ScalePro Solutions
