Bellin Health is seeking a  Family Medicine Physician to join our  Peshtigo Clinic , located just minutes from the shores of  Lake Michigan . This opportunity offers the ideal balance of a  close-knit, community clinic with the resources and support of a  large, physician-led health system .

• Established patient panel with strong community ties
• Experienced, dedicated clinic staff
• Nationally recognized  Team-Based Care model
• Strong provider satisfaction and efficiency-focused workflows
• Physician retention consistently in the 90th+ percentile

• Full-time: 40 hours/week
  • Minimum 32 patient-facing hours
  • Minimum 4 clinic days/week
• Call: Large call group, phone-only
• No scheduled weekends or holidays (except on-call coverage)
• No inpatient responsibilities

• Optional teaching opportunities with  Medical College of Wisconsin Green Bay students
• Leadership development and advancement opportunities
• Collaborative culture with  physician/administrator dyad governance

Guaranteed + Incentives:

• 2-year compensation guarantee
• Opportunity for additional performance-based incentives

Time Off:

• 200 hours PTO annually during guarantee period
• 264 hours PTO annually post-guarantee

CME:

• $5,000 annual CME stipend
• 80 hours CME time off

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of an  ACGME or AOA-accredited residency
• Eligible for  unrestricted Wisconsin medical license
• Meets Bellin Medical Staff credentialing requirements
