What You’ll Be Doing

As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the General Manager with day-to-day operations and team management.
• Leading and motivating staff to provide outstanding customer service.
• Overseeing game operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Managing schedules, inventory, and other administrative tasks.
• Troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing solutions.
• Upholding Escapology Scottsdale’s standards of excellence and safety.
