Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant In a manner consistent and supportive of our values, the Provider is responsible for delivering high quality health care within Fast Pace Health’s scope of services while achieving optimum patient satisfaction. The Provider must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, be flexible to adapt to new technologies and protocols in a quickly evolving practice setting. They must have the ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment and is responsible for providing outstanding patient service within the clinic and through various virtual communication channels, while maintaining a compassionate and welcome atmosphere. Responsibilities Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals targeted for tele and in-patient as determined. Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude, ensuring delivery of excellent patient care. Perform responsibilities included on the SCRIBE job description. Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications; ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses. Actively engage with clinical leadership and elevate issues to management when appropriate to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians. Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information. Ensure activities are consistent with overall department expectations and comply with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings. Pursue the queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper follow‑up. Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training. Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols. Complete all mandatory compliance training and maintain ongoing quality of care. Adhere to the core values of the company: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness. Recommend ideas within the clinic and to telehealth leadership to improve overall patient experience and care. Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care. Welcome new employees on their first day, facilitate introductions, clinic tours, and provide an overview of processes. Support new employee training through job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities. Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees, fostering a positive work atmosphere. Consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Work on call periodically throughout the year (for ancillary providers). Qualifications Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Experience: At least 1–2 years as a provider in a relevant practice (Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice). License/Certification: Active medical license, DEA, and DOT certification; compliance with all regulatory requirements. Ability to treat patients of all ages and meet credentialing requirements.
