This state hospital delivers outpatient primary care services to adult patients within a structured clinical environment in Augusta, Georgia. The facility operates on a standard weekday schedule and maintains established clinical protocols to support consistent and quality care delivery. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, and registered nurses to facilitate daily clinical operations.

Im working with a facility seeking coverage for a Monday through Friday schedule with a 40-hour work week. The provider will be responsible for delivering medical services to long-term care geriatric patients, including conducting history and physical exams, managing chronic conditions, addressing minor acute issues, and overseeing medication management. Behavioral health staff are available onsite to provide additional support and collaborate on patient care.
