Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
• Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varied student needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students, both directly and through consultation with educational staff
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Complete assessments, maintain documentation, and participate in eligibility meetings as required
• Collaborate with educators, families, and administrative teams to foster student success
• Utilize independent scheduling and workflow to maximize productivity and service quality
