Job Description

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and create personalized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functioning, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic and comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and families through therapy techniques to ensure continuous progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt therapy as necessary to keep patients on track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continuing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
• NBCOT certification required.
