About the Job We are seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver for an ongoing client assignment located in the Piper City area. This is a one-on-one, non-medical home care position, providing hands-on assistance throughout a longer daytime shift. As an Experienced Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing care according to the client\'s individualized care plan, which may include: Hands-on personal care Transfer and mobility assistance Assistance with ambulation and positioning Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Toileting and incontinence assistance Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed Medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Companionship and safety supervision Observing and reporting changes in the client\'s condition Completing accurate visit documentation through our mobile care app Requirements To excel in this role, you should: Have at least 1 year of previous professional caregiving experience Be comfortable providing hands-on personal care and mobility assistance Have experience assisting clients with activities of daily living Be dependable and able to consistently work the days and shifts accepted Have reliable transportation to the Piper City area Have a valid driver\'s license and current auto insurance Be professional and respectful when working in a client\'s home Have strong communication skills Be comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, clocking in and out, and visit documentation Be able to complete required background screening, training, and onboarding requirements What We Offer As an Experienced Caregiver with Flawless Family Home Care, you can expect: $18.50-$19.50 per hour for this assignment Long, consistent daytime shifts One-on-one client care Paid training and ongoing education Support from our office and care management team Opportunities for additional client assignments Opportunities for performance-based pay increases and advancement Why Choose Flawless Family Home Care?
