Weekend Concierge

Job Description: The concierge is the facility representative, providing services to all residents and their families and who can promote exemplary customer service experience to each resident and his/her family/representative, from the point of admission to the point of transfer/discharge. About the Role: The Belmont Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Concierge- To build relationships To multi-task and have excellent organizational skills To communicate information of interest or concern pertainingto residents to superiors To maintain a positive and uplifting personalityable to handle requests/concerns of residents and family members.
