Payroll SpecialistThis position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing and recording of all company payroll, with the ability to provide timely and accurate financial information. Paycor experience a plus!Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain employee personnel files in databaseProcess payroll by established deadlinesAnswers all payroll-related phone calls for their appropriate locationsProcesses and maintains appropriate weekly, monthly and yearly reportsProcess wage and employment verification formsProcess and provide payroll reports on authorized requestWork with HR Specialist on special projects and other assignments as requestedOther duties as assignedExpectations:Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing the Genesis Health ClubsProvide input in developing strategies to support goals and objectivesDevelop and build a team atmosphere among staff and departmentAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaintsJob Requirements:Available to work weekends, evenings and holidaysDetail orientedHigh degree of personal discretionExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work well with othersSufficient typing skillsCustomer service oriented2+ years payroll experience
