Your Responsibilities: Prospect, develop, and maintain a strong pipeline of new business through cold calling, networking, and community engagement. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and marketing needs. Create and present customized advertising proposals across radio, digital, streaming, social, and promotional platforms. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue goals. Collaborate with internal teams (programming, promotions, digital, and production) to execute successful campaigns. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activity in CRM systems. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. Provide ongoing campaign performance updates and recommendations to clients. Represent the station at community and networking events to enhance brand visibility. What We Are Looking For: Have a high-achieving sales track record of developing revenue. Are excellent at communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Are charismatic, confident, and have a customer-centric mindset. Have a valid Illinois Driver License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Check. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary plus monthly commission. The expected annual earnings for this position range from $45,000–$60,000 based on experience with opportunities for increased earnings as you grow your client portfolio, build sales success, and advance in the company.
